The Travel Editions GDPR policy explains how we manage, protect and use personal data responsibly. At Travel Editions, we take the protection of your personal information seriously. What personal data do we collect?

Why do we use your personal data?
We only use personal data where we have a clear reason to do so. This may include:

How we protect your data

We also expect our suppliers and service providers to handle personal data securely and only for the purposes for which it has been provided.
Payment card transactions are handled through secure payment providers. We do not use your payment details for any purpose other than processing payments and related transaction matters.
How long we keep your information
We only keep personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to manage bookings, provide customer service, meet legal and accounting obligations, respond to questions or complaints, maintain business records and comply with regulatory requirements.
Where we no longer need to keep personal data, we will delete it securely or anonymise it so it can no longer identify you.
